 This year’s seminar featured sales and service workshops focusing on such topics as affordability, product benefits, improving customer relations and product improvements. A tour of the manufacturing facility was also conducted.
South Austin Marine, Inc. received a certificate of completion award which recognized their Formula sales and service efforts. South Austin Marine was also recognized for the highest achievable level in customer service and awarded Platinum status.
